MaHIMA Fall Educational Conference Series
- Occurs in the August/September/October time frame

This year MaHIMA will be offering an educational session that will span 5 sessions based on HIM topics for a total of 10 CEUs.  This session will begin on August and end in October.  All sessions are being recorded and the survey and CEUs will be issued after the sessions after attendance is verified.

Dot Wagg Memorial Legislative Virtual Seminar – First week of November annually

This legislatively focused meeting offers continuing education units (ceu’s) to health information management professionals on topics such as HIPAA updates and Omnibus, topic breaches, health information exchange, meaningful use and how to respond to an audit. This meeting occurs in November.


Winter Educational Virtual Meeting - First Friday in February

This is a four hour educational virtual meeting for MaHIMA members held the first Friday in February, which includes a state business meeting.

MaHIMA Annual Conference - Occurs annually in the May or June time frame

This full day educational session occurs in the spring of each year with vendor exhibits including educational workshop sessions preceding the conference.  The location is to be determined.
